WHAT IS COVERED
Blynco Mfg & Dist warrants to the original purchaser that Blynco Window Fashions Vertical Blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the conditions set forth below:
1. the product was properly installed.
2. Blynco Mfg & Dist, Inc. recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications.
WHO IS COVERED
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and only in the original window for which it was intended.
OBLIGATIONS TO THE CONSUMER
The obligation of Blynco Mfg & Dist is limited to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective. Blynco Mfg & Dist is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring, taking the shade down or reinstalling the product. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse or failure to follow instructions for measuring, installation, cleaning or maintenance. Additionally, normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Plastics tend to yellow or crack after extended periods in direct sunlight. All cords will eventually wear out. Blynco Mfg & Dist considers these things normal wear and tear.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty.
In no event shall Blynco Mfg & Dist be liable for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, or for any other damage, loss or expense, cost or fee associated with such damage.
In some states, exclusions for incidental or consequential damages are not allowable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
SERVICE
To obtain warranty service contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with Blynco Mfg & Dist to arrange for inspection and if warranted, promptly repair or replace any defective parts without charge.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt as well as details describing the nature of the problem.
